Shiloh University Church, an outreach of Rock Church in Lower Sackville, is ready to launch another semester of services. Consisting of high energy worship time and direct, powerful preaching, we at Shiloh believe we can beat the stats - that approximately 85% of teenagers leave church and the ways of God when they hit college. Under the leadership of Pastor Mike Miller (Youth Pastor at Rock Church) and his team,
Shiloh seeks to help young adults in Halifax do two things:
1) experience God, and 2) discover their purpose.

Shiloh University Church takes place every second Friday night in the Potter Family Auditorium at Dalhousie (Kenneth Rowe Management Building). It starts at 8:30PM. Our first service this semester is September 10th!

Christ Church will be holding camp meetings '10 "God Reflectors" Sept 10th to 12th.with special guests: "Cisco Victa" (Calvary Christian Center-New Hampshire, US) and ECMA Artist & Worship Leader "Martine Kelsey"

We are a non-denominational group of women who get together every two years to spend some time in fellowship and in the Word. We have an invited speaker and worship leader and come together expecting God to do great things.

The term LIFT is an acronym for Ladies in Fellowship Together and that is a very accurate reflection of our mission and the focus of the weekend.

We are honoured to have Judy as our speaker to encourage us in this years theme: Faithresting on the Rock
Judy Savoy was born and raised in northern NB and has lived and worked all across Canada. She is an actress, speaker, comedienne, broadcaster, singer, writer and follower of Jesus. Judys message is one of faith, hope, love, and a lot of forgiveness. She travels extensively with her one woman show GET ME BACK TO THE GARDEN, I'M CHOKIN' ON THE WEEDS, and as a Christian conference speaker. She lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The retreat is being held at Bayside Bible Camp, about 35 minutes outside Halifax.To find the camp, follow the Old Sambro Road (Rte 306) for 20 km then turn left onto Ketch Harbour Road (Rte 349). Follow this for about 3 km and the camp road will be on the left.
The address is 1503 Ketch Harbour Road.
